technowax History

This is version 4 of technowax.net.

technowax.net version 1 was born approximately Wednesday 1st, September 2004.

It was a PHP website, very full of bugs, but looked similar to the appearance you see today.

technowax.net version 2 was born on Sunday 12th, December 2004.

It was built using a highly customized version of phpbb2, portals and lots of plugins.

technowax.net version 3 was born approximately Friday 12th, May 2006.

It was using a highly customized version of punbb that eventually got eaten by spambots.

In the future the old posts from technowax version 3 may available for download for old members of this version of the site.

technowax.net version 4 was born on Saturday 10th, December, 2011.

It was written from scratch, and contained a wiki, and some utilities and tools. It was largely re-purposed as a wiki.
